Wobbegongs are sharks, which mostly lie around on the oceanfloor. Juvenile Ornate Wobbegongs tend to or drape themselves over rocks, sponges or table corals. Don't let their docile looks fool you as they can turn around and snap their own tail (or your hand) within a split second.
