Writers Festival dates changed
For those of you banking on the Byron Bay Writers Festival being held as usual over the first weekend in August – hold your horses. The date of the festival had to be moved forward to the last weekend in July or to be precise from July 26 to 29 with workshops from July 23.
The reason for this move is the move of the date for Splendour in the Grass – which clashed with the usual Writers Fest timing … see next post for more details on that.
Make sure you book your accommodation early for both the Writers Fest as well as Splendour in the Grass. PLANULA is across the road from the writers fest and right next door to the Splendour site.
