Diving Conditions | 13-19 March 2005

Leopard Sharks are back. Wednesday divers saw the first one and they have been sighted regularly again since then.

Big Bullrays, plenty of numbrays stil “buzzing” around, turtles, Blue Gropers, anemonefish and octopus.


Weather
A bit of decent rain at the beginning of the week to settle the dust. Cool nights, but very pleasant temperatures during the day.
Sea
Swell and surge until Friday.
Water temperature
21 – 26°C. Warm water came in on Saturday
Visibility
VERY low visibility on Sunday (1 meter or less). Fortunately that improved to 5 – 8 meters on Thursday and we had 20 meters on Saturday.
